BKD Zoomustahan with INHS Inter Orgs

Barkada Kontra Droga(BKD) and School Anti-Drug Abuse Council (SADAC) of Imus National HIgh School located at Bucandala 3, City of Imus, Cavite, is a Youth service club that works toward engaging students, parents, teaching and nonteaching staff and community in social and community services especially in anti-drug advocacy programs and activities.
Zoomustahan an event conducted by BKD (Barkada Kontra Droga) in partnership with the Supreme Student Government and Interact Club of Imus National High School was successfully launched yesterday May 6, 2021 that caters approximately 30 student officers from the different organizations.
In line with this, Zoomustahan aims to develop an intensive planning, critical evaluation and data gathering for the preparation of our organization’s future endeavors. This event allowed students to express their thoughts and ideas freely to promote a healthy communication within each other. The event started with a short simple prayer led by Ms. Andrea Pauline Santos from Interact Club and followed by the opening remarks of Ms. Digna DC. Claveria the Adviser of BKD and with Mr. John Paul Cabrera who presented the agendas of the said event. The whole event went through an extreme and amazing experience dealing with the topic of “Proper Communication Inside the Organization” discussed by Ms. Lorelie Albaran, President of SSG INHS and “Ways to Communicate Effectively” by Mrs. Digna DC. Claveria. . The program continues to open the door of opportunity and friendship when the group activity started by having a breakout room session- discussion that produced 4 groups who presented the summarization of their discussion.
To sum it up, Zoomustahan really impacted the lives of the student leaders to promote proper communication amidst pandemic to develop projects, achieve missions and to reflect visions. With the successful opening of Zoomustahan the BKD adviser, SSG President and Interact President decided to continue this legendary and helpful advocacy to help the students to cope with stress amidst COVID-19 issues.
